Eligibility

Is the surgery painful?
The pain is considered minimum to moderate, but mostly moderate pain that can be controlled with oral medication.
How should I prepare for the surgery?
If you are smoker, you will be asked to refrain from smoking 2-3 weeks prior to your surgery. You will also be asked to eliminate the intake of aspirins. How long will the results of the surgery last?
Unless the patient weights fluctuate greatly or the patient becomes pregnant, the results of surgery will last for many years.
