Just a little advice can make cooking your fresh fish a pleasure for the taste buds on your tongue and will have your stomach delightfully full. A little combination of the right seasoning and oils can bring out any flavor that you are trying to create. You can also get a great natural taste from your fish if you prefer that taste, with just a little butter or olive oil added to the pan while the fillets are cooking.
You can cook fish many ways to suit everyone’s taste. You can deep-fry your fish fillets like the cod you get in the store or you can pan fry or even over roast or broil your fish. When you are trying to produce the best taste for the fish you are preparing it will all depend on the seasonings or spices that you put in your batter mix. For deep-frying your fillets of fish it is recommended that you use a wet batter then a dry batter before putting the fish in the hot oil. By doing this, this allows the crust on the fillet to get nice and crispy and your fillet to stay nice and juicy on the inside also allowing the fish to cook evenly on all sides.
If you like the taste of broiled of oven roasted fish then this is what you do. Make sure you have a cookie sheet or another flat pan that is similar, then spray or coat the bottom of the pan with butter or a thin coat of olive oil to make sure your fillets does not get stuck to the pan. Before you bake or broil your fish, marinate them in a plastic Ziploc bag for at least a couple of hours with your favorite spices. After the fillets sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours you can put them on the tray in a line and cook the fish fillets until they are done.
