Catnip tea will relax you and calm your nerves. Cat’s Claw tincture or capsules helps the nervous system during an illness. Chamomile tea is calming as well as Lemon Balm along with relieving mild aches and pains. Reishi powder restores the emotional equilibrium and Schisandra is for headaches, insomnia, dizziness and heart flutters.

Herbal remedies are coming back strong; thousands of years ago it was all we had to help with pain and healing. Since science has advanced and manufactured a medicine for everything we are subjected to the dangers of side effects due to medicines being placed on the market too soon without enough study. People are turning to the root of medicine which is the extracts from plants and roots; and as long as you are careful and read the labels and follow the directions you can get a more natural relief of your symptoms without the side effects or risk of dependency.
