How To Tell When A Guy Likes You

We all have done this in one way or another, but there is one thing that you should not do. That is obsess over a man that you will never have. If he is not interested or already committed just remember that there are other fish in the sea. Find a guy that’s available for an emotional commitment and is deserving of your love. Here are some signs of a guy that will never learn to appreciate you.
- If he is physically or mentally abusive.
- If he just uses you.
- Does he say hurtful things like calling you fat?
- Does he start unflattering rumors about you or talk about you behind your back?
If you are seeing any of the above signs you should cut your losses and move on quickly.
Why don’t we get on to the good part? How are you going to know when a guy likes you? You have probably already realized that you are interested in him and maybe that feeling is mutual. But how do you know? To get the proof here are some tip offs and signs that you can look for. They may not be 100% guaranteed, but by using them you should be able to get a good read on your guy.
The first way, the easiest way and the quickest way to find out if he likes you is to simply ask him. This is the way that I recommend, but it takes guts. You might get rejected and no one likes that. The big benefit to this approach is it saves you a lot of time and mental effort.
So simply ask him, “Do you like me?” him saying a flat no is about the worst case scenario. In that case make a joke of it by saying, “Well I don’t like you either and laugh it off.”
Maybe he will say, “Yes, but only as a friend.” in which case you say in a relieved tone, “Good, because I thought you didn’t like me as a friend.”
You may just get the answer you are looking for also and he will tell you that he is interested in you. You just saved a ton of time and can now get moving.
Now you may be wondering if there are any signs that might show you he is interested.
- Does he frequently glance over at you?
- Does he do things to get your attention?
- Do you notice that his pupils dilate when you are close to him?
- Does he blush or sweat when you’re around?
- Does he think your funny and laugh at your jokes even when no one else does?
- Does he really listen to you and remember what you’ve said?
- Does he look out for you or wait for you?
- Does he occasionally tease you?
- Do his friends all know who you are, but you don’t know them?
- When you smile, he smiles back at you.
- If you ignore him, is he sad?
- He notices if you wear your hair differently.
If you have been noticing any of these signs there may be some interest from your guy. So now go ask him.
Watch out though because there are players out there looking to take advantage of you and here are a couple signs to be wary of.
- He is comfortable touching you and all the girls are interested in him.
- He is very at ease with you and talks smoothly.
These are not sure-fire show stoppers, just some things that you should be on the look-out for. In the end you have to go with how you feel and take it slow. If it is meant to be, it will happen.
